GS Oak

I’m a longtime user of Altra and Hoka. I got a pair of your GS Oak and within 5 days ordered another pair and threw my old shoes in the trash. I love these shoes and have been wearing them everyday. I love how these breathe as well. My feet typically sweat a lot and it’s tough to keep shoes scent free on my workout shoes but these are breathing so well and my feet are dry on your insoles. Awesome product

Best yet!

Loving the GS:OAK. Got about 100 miles on them. I'm 5'11" and 187lbs. I tried the carbon plates but the left was killing my smaller toes on climbs, almost like a neuroma. So I took them out for the remainder of that day. I have since cut off the front parts of the plate at the ball of the foot and reinstalled. Seemed to do the trick for now. The shoes like to run in the heel but are surprisingly agile and fast downhill. I've been running for well over 40 years, mostly ultra running since mid-90s and I've run in every shoe brand out there. I must say these are quite different. At 61, for me it's about comfort especially in the high miles. It will be interesting to see how they do in my 100K in late April. Great job Speedland. Don't change the shoes!

Great right out of the box

Speedland went above and beyond to get a pair of shoes to me.
After I screwed up my shipping address, my first order was lost in shipping for a while. Speedland shipped me a second pair right away to use in a 50-mile trail race in Moab. The shoes worked great for all 50 miles love the Boa lacing system.
I want them on every shoe I own now! The outsole of the shoe is very durable. The GS:OAK shows very little wear after 143 miles as of today.
Shoes and customer service are excellent.

Speedland GS:OAK

I just started trail running a month ago, running 14 miles a day and these shoes are a game changer! Super comfy, easy to tighten up. Incredible trail shoe to say the least!

Kicks and Plates

Ok, so I got these hoping it wasn’t going to be another ho-hum shoe experience. I’ve become of woman of a certain age, and that is the age of arthritis. Pretty severe in the right ankle and it has considerably reduced my trail frolicking over the last few years. However, the other reviews of the shoes and the feedback about customer service left me pretty certain that these may just give me lust for life back. I can 1000% say that they have. Getting back out there and putting in some solid double digit mile runs without ending up in a cam boot for several days has been amazing.
