Liz Canty is an Elite Ultrarunner based in Huntsville, Alabama. Bigʼs Backyard Ultra, Barkley Fall Classic (Winner), Pinhoti 100 (Winner), Georgia Death Race and Western States are just a few of the many races on her resume. Liz also holds the Womenʼs FKT for the Smokys Challenge Adventure RUN (SCAR) and is a 3peat Winner of the Mountain Mist 50K in her hometown of Huntsville where you also might spot her running with her Husband and Poodles. Off the Trail, Liz has an extensive background in Nuclear Engineering and is helping send the next man and first woman to the moon!
