I was a tad skeptical having to order expensive shoes without seeing them in person and not being able to try them on, but to say that I am happy is an understatement. I cannot imagine trail running without my Speedland's. I may have to order a pair of GL's for the winter.

Amazing Shoe
Was a little hesitant to buy at first because of the price, but after a few runs these are my favorite shoe. Super comfortable, no more knee pain or Achilles issues. I’m super glad I pulled the trigger and can’t wait to put more miles on them. If you’re on the fence, just buy them they are worth every penny!

Initial thoughts
I have 45 miles on these and they are amazing so far. No carbon insert, I wanted to try without and then the next pair with. They have great cushion, nice roomy toe box, awesome insole, great heel retention and the boa gets a very dialed fit. Takes a second to get used to tightening the appropriate amount and not to tight but they are great. Good aggressive sole, fast color, and did I mention they were light?? I was surprised how light they were for how much they have going on. Well thought out. As for size everyone’s got a different take, I like a thumbs width in front of my toes. In these I got a 10.5, for reference in la sportiva and hoka I wear an 11. I’ll check in when I retire them.
