I bought these shoes hoping it would be worth it for the price. Obviously the most expensive shoes I’ve ever purchased. The first time trying them on I was honestly blown away. I felt like it was walking on a memory foam mattress. I’ve now put 35 miles on them and the still feel amazing to wear. I noticed a small break in period for the first 5-10 or so miles ?
You will not be disappointed if you like a very cushioned shoe. If you prefer more stiff, you could use the insert, but I prefer it without the insert. Highly highly recommend. Also, I am 6’3 280 lbs

Excellent comfort
The fit is true to size with appropriate room in the region of the toes.
BOA system is superb with the degree of tightness easy to adjust and maintain.
Very desirable degree of cushioning. The carbon plate is a welcome component to the responsiveness of the shoe.
The engineering, components, attention to detail, and lightness of these shoes are clearly evident.
I was very pleased with my current Speedland trail runners which was the impetus to try these shoes for the road.

There is a learning curve to the boa system. I still prefer laces, but the shoes solved all the problems I had and have been great.
