GS:TAM 2

I worry about updates as second iterations haven’t always met expectations. The TAM 2 is excellent. Lighter than the original, better heel collar fit and a revised and more responsive and slightly softer foam are evident improvements. The fit is interesting as I went for the same size as the Sky and LDVL RX models but found the TAM 2 is longer in the toe box on the run. I checked the insoles and they are the same length. The TAM 2 rocker is more subtle and flatter than the RX models so i suspect this generates the feeling of more length. I will likely go down half a size for the next GS release.

I've been using the Speedland GS models since the 2024 and the new GS:TAM2 is the best version yet. I started using the Speedland GS model shoe back in 2024 and it's been my favorite shoe since! I ran the 2024 Cocodona 250 and 2025 Arizona Monster 300 with no foot issues at all. The new model fits my foot perfectly; I love the new upper, improved foam and the color way is amazing! 5 Stars on this model Speedland, well done!

A little stiff on the outer left ankle but good to go after 10 miles. Can’t say enough about the quality of Speedlands. This is my 6th pair. I don’t run in anything else

Speedland shoes are the most comfortable and give you the most traction for climbing steep hills in Oregon at 66 years old that what I need

At first the left shoe pinched and irritated while walking. In my previous green and white speedlands the fit was comfortable and the same size: 11 1/2.
So for several days in a row while putting the on and taking them off I used a strong long brass shoehorn to leverage against my left heel while in the shoe. The first few days I didn’t think it would work because of the strength of the materials in the shoe.
Now after keeping at it the misfit seems to have gone away and I am enjoying a lofty walk and strainless carrying of weight like books and groceries.
The new orange model is even now more delightful to walk in than last year’s green and white model. It’s high visibility makes it seem more safe when I walk next to the busy road on my way to a favorite restaurant about five miles round trip, and I receive many compliments from pedestrians and even shout outs from moving cars.
I appreciate the uplift.
